Retail Shipping

Enjoy free domestic shipping (Australia wide) on all online retail orders. Shipping times within Australia are estimated between 2-14 business days depending on your location 
(Please note we do not send to PO boxes or locker boxes, this does not apply to wholesale orders).

Wholesale Shipping

Shipping times within Australia are estimated between 2-14 business days depending on your location. Deliveries are during business hours only: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. All orders require a signature upon arrival. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Tribe Home allows shipping to most major International cities. Please contact us at sales@tribehome.com.au and we will contact you with a delivery quote which is calculated based on your destination and measurements of your order. International shipping is sent via Air mail and are estimated to take between 4-14 business days.

Returns 

Please state your full name, invoice number, reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. These policies apply to purchases directly made online from www.tribehome.com.au.

Retail Orders

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Tribe Home are happy to offer you a refund*, exchange, or credit note on all full priced items. Products must be un-used and un-washed. You must return the product at your own expense. 

For sale and clearance items, Tribe Home must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it for an exchange or credit note. We do not refund sale or clearance items. Products must be un-used and un-washed. Any faulty items, please contact Tribe Home immediately. We will offer you a full refund* or exchange on faulty goods! As we are a small business and endeavour to wrap all new returned rugs perfectly for our next customer, re-stocking fees may apply.

*Please note refunds can take up to 14 business to clear. Refunds will be processed once returned items arrive back into our warehouse.

Wholesale Orders

Please choose carefully as we do not offer change of mind on incorrect size, colour and choice made for Wholesale orders. Returns are only accepted on damaged goods or incorrect items sent. Request for a return must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of delivery. A replacement will be sent promptly.

If your order arrives damaged do not sign for it, and do not open it. 
Please ensure you thoroughly check the condition of the outside packaging of your delivery along with ensuring the correct total number of packages have been received prior accepting your delivery. Once you have accepted your delivery, the condition and total number of packages received is no longer our responsibility, unfortunately we can’t replace damaged or short deliveries.

Please note: Tribe Home’s products are hand-loomed and must be treated with love. Small imperfections and fabric pop-ups are within the nature of the fair-trade pieces and are not included on the returns and refunds policy. Please refer to our manufacturing variations for directions on the best way to care for our hand-manufactured products.
