Considering the ever-changing news surrounding COVID-19, firstly we hope you are all continuing to stay safe under the current circumstances. We're writing this to simply instil reassurance in you that we are dispatching as normal.

We are taking every measure to protect the safety of you and our staff. So, we ask you please ensure you don’t visit our showroom if you feel unwell, are showing any COVID-19 symptoms including a runny nose, sore throat or a dry cough, or have come into contact with someone who has contracted COVID-19.
We ask you ensure you’re wearing a mask and respecting the 1.5m social distance and please carefully read the showroom poster on the front door.
Our suppliers are remaining very positive during these uncertain times, and they are doing a very good job at restricting the spread of COVID-19.To contain the spread further they are simply limiting operations. Please note, that due to these limited operations lead times of backorder and custom orders may be a little longer than usual. Rest assured we are in constant contact with them and receiving updates as we go. We will continue to update you on any delays as we become aware of them.
We have worked with our primary courier to implement safe deliveries and protect the health of drivers and customers. This means all deliveries are contactless, rugs will be delivered no further than your front door and driver’s will sign on your behalf once you’ve accepted. We ask if you have a safe place your delivery can be left to please let us know.
Our Agent’s showrooms in NSW, QLD, SA and WA are still open by appointment, following official advice from WHO and the Department of Health ensuring all vigilant sanitation and distancing precautions. We are also still here for you via phone and email to offer customer service support and any questions you may have.

Just like many other businesses, we are up against huge global shipping interruptions which is causing delays and extending delivery arrival times by months.
The impact of shipping delays and the COVID safe precautions taken by our suppliers for the weavers means that there could be further delays out of our control.
We are working tirelessly to fulfil your backorders as soon as they arrive. If you are a wholesale customer, please note our strict deposit policy.
